The ability to review over years can be accessed by the navigation buttons Fig.2 (1). Click Add by the individual to start the new review. Fig.2 (2)

Each business can be reviewed, comments added as required, and Client Type amended Fig.3 (1). There is no save button; when the field turns green, the information has been saved. An 'updated' message appears when saves have been made. Fig.3 (2).

If you feel that sufficient progress is not being made, a business can be moved to the Client Type 'Under Review'.
Once all the businesses have been reviewed, click Confirm Review at the bottom of the page. Fig.4. You will then go back to the Client List. An email will be generated and sent to both Manager who conducted the review and the Exec with a PDF attachment of the review. Fig.5.
