The CRM Forecasting feature enables users to predict each of their sales values, likelihood of success by stream, and to track the outcome of each forecast.
Targets and Actuals can be added to the system to allow users and management to see where they are in relation to their target when combining Actuals and Forecasted sales.
The Home page can be set to show 'Forecast' related panels Fig.1
It is possible for APIs to be setup to update targets and actuals. Please contact YapCRM to discuss this option.
