Tasks via the Calendar

Click
Calendar.
The date can be changed by clicking the day, and month by using the buttons Fig.1
(1). Calendars can be filtered by Departments (if applicable), Users, and Task Type, then click Filter Fig.1

Tasks can be viewed by clicking Day, Week or Month. Activity shows number of tasks that week, and Work list shows outstanding tasks.Fig.1

To add a Task
There are two options:
- Click Add Task to open the Task popup Fig.2
- Go to the date and time in the calendar desired and click to open the Task popup. Fig.3

In the pop-up window, complete the details as appropriate: Fig 4.
- Select Task Type
- Enter Task Title as appropriate
- Select the date and times or click the Full day checkbox.
- With - Start typing the name of the contact who the task is with; the filter will allow you to select a contact from in the CRM.
- With Email - this will send an email to the contact with a meeting invitation for the task. Based on your CRM template the information might include the task title and notes.
- Involved is the internal participants, tick as required.
- Involved Email - this will email the participants to confirm a task has been setup.
- Text - add notes as required.

Click
Save. This will close the pop-up and send the emails as appropriate.
The new task will be visible on the Tasks tab of the company Fig.5 and in the calendar of those listed as Involved. Click the
Files Edit icon Fig.6
(1) to see the Contact's contact information in a pop-up. Tasks scheduled for 15 or 45 minutes of the hour will display an asterisk * Fig.6

To Edit a Task
Click the
Task Edit icon Fig.7 to open the task pop-up.
Amend - Amend necessary fields, including ticking Email for With or Involved to resent meeting details. Click
Save.
