From a company/contact, click Tasks tab Fig.1 (1). All tasks will be listed - Open and Completed. Archived tasks will not be shown.

To add a new task
Click the green + icon Fig.1 (2).
In the pop-up window, complete the details as appropriate: Fig 2.
Select Task Type
Enter Task Title as appropriate
Select the date and times or click the Full day checkbox.
With will be prefilled with Key Contact name from the company selected. If required, delete this name and start typing the new name; the filter will allow you to select a new contact from the CRM.
With Email - this will send an email to the contact with a meeting invitation for the task. Based on your CRM template the information might include the task title and notes.
Involved is the internal participants, tick as required.
Involved Email - this will email the participants to confirm a task has been setup.
Text - add notes as required.
Click Save. This will close the pop-up and send the emails as appropriate.
The new task will be visible on the Tasks tab and in the calendar of those listed as Involved. Fig.3

To edit a task - Amend, Complete and Archive
Click the green pencil icon Fig.4 and the task popout will open.
Amend - Amend necessary fields, including ticking Email for With or Involved to resent meeting details. Click Save.
Complete - Click Complete. Click Save. Fig.5 (1)
Archive - Click Archive. Click Save. Fig. 5 (2)
