Notes can be added to the Company or Contact. To add a note to the contact, search their name and load the record. Click the 'Notes' tab Fig.1 (1) and click the green '+' icon Fig.1 (2). This will open a pop out window.
Enter the note Fig.2 (1). In some browsers you will need to press SHIFT-ENTER to do a paragraph. Use the check boxes Fig.2 (2) in order to flag whether the note is company &/or contact related. Click 'Save' Fig.2 (3) or press ENTER.
To edit a note, click the green pencil icon Fig.3
To archive a note, tick 'Archive' Fig.4 and click 'Save' or press ENTER.
