Sharing a CRM Calendar with Gmail
N.B. Left click any image to expand:
You can view a CRM calendar with Outlook or Gmail via an iCal feed.
Notes:
An iCal feed is a one way road - amendments can only be made to tasks within the CRM, not within Gmail.
Any amendments made to tasks within the CRM will reflect in your e-mail client calendar as and when 'syncs' occur.
iCal feeds only show tasks from 30 days in the past going forward. It will not be able to show older tasks.
Administrator level users can add their own calendar, all users calendars or multiple users calendars as required.
Standard level users can only add their own calendars.
The steps for sharing a CRM calendar in Outlook and Gmail are different.
