page in your CRM (
For all contact fields you wish to restrict visibility of, tick the corresponding '

). When any CRM user who is the allocated '
' for the contact views the record, or is an '
', that user will see the data held for the corresponding data fields that you have restricted as usual (
), whereas any other users will not (
- even if your CRM settings allows users to update companies/contacts where they are not the designated '
