The vCard functionality of the CRM to saves contact details to your e-mail client contacts.
Load the required contact in your CRM, and click the vCard icon Fig.1.
PC/Desktop: Outlook
A .vcf file will download (Fig.2), click this file and where prompted select the app to open the file i.e. your chosen mail client. Fig.3 (1) For other e-mail clients, please follow any onscreen prompts and where necessary refer to your client documentation. Tick to make this your default action if desired Fig.3 (2) and click OK Fig.3 (3)
When the download has been opened, a contact popout (Fig.4) will open for your contact, click 'Save' and close the window. The CRM contact details will now be available in your e-mail client's contacts.
Windows Phone:
A .vcf file will download (Fig.5) and click the 'Save' icon (Fig.6). Select the app to add the contact to i.e. your chosen mail client**. Click 'Save' (Fig.7).

iPhone:
A .cfm file will download (Fig.9), click the 'Download' link (Fig.10). Select the app to add the contact to i.e. your chosen mail client** (Fig.11).
