Client List

The Client List function Fig.1 (1) allows you to segregate data based on a label (Client Type) defined in your CRM e.g. A, B, C, Seasonal clients. The client list has 5 features:
- Client List - Review when the clients has been updated, a task assigned and sale completed.
- Formal review Fig.1 (2) - Allow managers to review a user's client list to ensure clients are being managed
- Quality Fig.1 (3) - Displays the contact data for each key contact, whether complete and if Opted-in or Opted-out of communication
- History Fig.1 (4) - Shows the customer journey via tasks and notes to a sale.
- Stages Fig.1 (5) - A count of each task, forecast and sales comparing CRMs, by Execs and by business.
On each of these functions, the filters can be used for individuals, departments, Client Type and Sales made by clicking "Filter" Fig.1 (6). The highlighting of fields is based on the colour code system defined and can be seen by hovering over the coloured dots on the left Fig.1 (7)
- Green - updated within the last month
- Yellow - updated within the last 3 months
- Red - updated over 3 months ago

The "Flagged" Client Type tab Fig.2 (1) is populated with all clients who are assigned to the user but have not been assigned a Client Type yet.
The 'Under Review' tab Fig.2 (2) will be populated with companies that have been allocated to that status following 'Formal Review' by management. This will have occurred where a manager has decided that progress/updates are not being made and the assigned Exec needs to take appropriate action.

Client List
Users will automatically see their clients listed as per the Client Type on each tab.
- Company name Fig.3 (1) - Click to go to the client.
- Level Fig.3 (2) - this is the Client Type - to amend this select from the dropdown for that contact and click "Save" Fig.3 (3) This can be done for multiple businesses at once.
- Contact Fig.3 (4)- Click to see and/or amend a pop-up of the contact details - this will be the key contact.
- Managed By Fig.3 (5)- Initials of the Rep the client is assigned to.
- Updated Fig.3 (6) - shows when information about the contact has been updated.
- Task Fig.3 (7) - Click the task date to see and/or amend pop-up of the latest task. There may be additional open tasks but only the latest dated task will show.
- Sales Fig. 3 (8) - Click Sales to see a pop-up of the latest sale.
- Next Step Fig.3 (9) - If applicable in your CRM, and a note is present, there will be a notebook icon. Hover of the notebook icon of Next Step to see the text in the field, or double click to amend the text in a pop-up.
- On Air Fig.3 (10) - Indicates if a sale has gone to air/print etc. (if applicable)

Click "Quality" Fig.4. On each Client Type, the background colour of each field shows if it contains data - Green contains data, red does not contain data.
The dot colour displays if the contact has Opted-in (Green), Opted-out (red) or no answer (yellow) of mass marketing communications.

Use filters at the top to display how many steps for each client journey, start and end dates, task types, Execs, Level (Client Type) and whether displayed Ascending or Descending date order. Fig.6 (1). Click "Filter". To exit the view, click "Clients" Fig.6 (2)

Click "Stages".
