You can create a shortcut to the CRM on your windows desktop. Highlight the URL in the browser address bar as shown Fig.1, and copy using the CTRL-C keystroke combination or highlight, right click and click copy (Windows OS).

On your desktop, right click on a clear open space opening a menu, hover over ‘New’ to expand the list and left click ‘Shortcut’ Fig.2.

Press CTRL-V keystroke combination to paste in the URL we previously copied for the location the shortcut will point to Fig.3.

Left click ‘Next’ to open a new window where we can name the shortcut. Left click ‘Finish’ to create your desktop shortcut to your YapCRM Fig.4.

Double click on the shortcut you have created on your desktop. In order to login to your CRM, enter your email address in the field indicated Fig.5. Once done for the first time, the CRM will remember the last email address used in the application.
Next, enter the password in the field indicated. This will be the default password the first time, and you will be prompted to set a new password. Left click 'Login' or press 'Enter' keystroke to login. If you forget your password or were not given a default password to use for the first login, use the 'Forgotten Password' link and follow any prompts. This will generate an email where you can set a new password.

Your browser will ask you if you wish to save the password after logging in; YapCRM recommends you always choose not to do this.
