To do this stage, the Event must have Appointment Setting ticked in the Event Setup by an Admin User.
Click Search. Click Events Fig.1 (1). Change Invited to Invited Approved to filter to those that have been approved by an Admin user Fig.1 (2). Click Search Fig.1 (3). Click on the first contact. Fig.1 (4)

For Invited contacts, select the method of acceptance under Method. Fig.2 (2) Please note: All contacts should have a responsee.g.:
