Surveys are a set of standard questions you would like answers for on each business invited.
There are 3 types of surveys that can be displayed on each business on the Event tab.
If MAN is set to Yes, it will apply to all businesses, but a Standard or Detailed survey can be applied to selected Build Types within the Event.
Click Survey Fig.1 (1).
To see MAN set, MAN to Yes Fig.1 (2). Click Save Fig.1 (3).
To add a Standard Survey, select appropriate Build Types Fig.1 (4) and click Add Survey Fig.1 (5).
Enter name for the survey Fig.3 (1) and complete questions as required and formatting Fig.3 (2). For setting up a scorecard, enter questions. group them and apply a score Fig.3 (3). Click Save Fig.3 (4).
If you have a Standard survey template saved, this can be loaded from the Global Templates Fig.3 (5) and click Load Global Fig.3 (6).
The Standard survey will be displayed below the MAN on the Event tab for the appropriate Build Types. The scorecard will total any tick boxes selected at the bottom. Fig.4.
Surveys are displayed for viewing and editing, listing which Build Types they relate to Fig.5. Click to edit surveys and overwrite as required and click Save Fig.6 (1) or to delete, click Archive Fig.6 (2) and click Save Fig.6 (1).
To add a Detailed Survey, select the appropriate Build Types Fig.7 (1), the appropriate survey Fig.7 (2) and click Add Detailed Survey Fig.7 (3).
The survey can then be viewed (in a new tab Fig.9) Fig.8 (1) or removed Fig. 8 (2). Once all Build Types have a survey, the options to add a survey will disappear.
On the Event tab for the specified Build Type Fig.10 (1) when the contact is Invited Fig.10 (2) the Detailed Surveys appear as a button Fig.10 (3). The survey will open in a new screen to be completed. Fig.11. When it is saved the button will display View Survey. Fig.12
