Support for Business to Work from Home

The PM has asked that people start working from home where they possibly can due to COVID-19 and your business has invested in this CRM to allow you to access data remotely if appropriate.

If you know of any businesses that could benefit from using our CRM, as always our online CRM has a free trial period with online person to person training and support to ensure everyone can get the most from our software.

Server Upgrade Completed

As part of improving our technology infrastructure, we upgraded our servers with our existing provider over the weekend.

YapCRM offices will be closed for the Christmas and New Year holiday period as follows, emergency contact points will be available as usual;

  • Tuesday 26th December 2017 - Closed
  • Friday 29th December 2017 - Closed from 13:30
  • Monday 01st January 2018 - Closed

Server Upgrade 23rd/24th Dec 2017

On Saturday 23rd December 2017 we will perform essential server upgrades and network updates, anticipated to last 24 hours; during this period you may find the service intermittent or unavailable, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

The London (.com) servers and the Seattle (.us) servers will be updated on Saturday 23rd December from 12:00 GMT to Sunday 24th December 12:00 GMT.

vCard Functionality

The maintenance scheduled for extended maintenance and network updates on Saturday 23rd September 2017 has been rescheduled to allow for additional testing, and will now be performed Saturday 30th September 2017; during this period you may find the service unavailable.

The London (.com) servers and the Seattle (.us) servers will be updated on 30th September 2017 from 20:00 to Sunday 01st October 2017 03:00 London/BST.
