Support for Business to Work from Home

The PM has asked that people start working from home where they possibly can due to COVID-19 and your business has invested in this CRM to allow you to access data remotely if appropriate.

If you know of any businesses that could benefit from using our CRM, as always our online CRM has a free trial period with online person to person training and support to ensure everyone can get the most from our software.

Server Upgrade Completed

As part of improving our technology infrastructure, we upgraded our servers with our existing provider over the weekend.

Upgrade to Mail Server IPs
10-Feb-2020
Here at YapCRM we are upgrading our mail servers, you won't notice any difference between the new and the old servers, but for our customers that have our IP addresses on their SPF records the following IP addresses will need to be added: 

31.3.227.115
31.3.227.123

We recommend having this updated before Monday 17th February. This change to the servers will happen between 17th-29th February, and from March the old IP addresses can be removed.

Please let your IT team know if required, and any questions, please get in touch.

vCard Functionality

UK Bank Holiday Monday, Aug 28th 2017

YapCRM's office will be closed Monday, August 28th 2017. Emergency contact is available as normal during closed hours.

Email 'Reply To' (Merge)

Sending a merge email to contacts in your CRM but need to specify for any replies from contacts to be sent to another individual? On the 'Schedule' page of the merge, you can now select a 'Reply To' email address when generating your emails. Please note - for an email address to be selectable, there must be a CRM user account associated with that email address.

CRM Maintenance Saturday 29th July 2017

On Saturday 29th July 2017 we will perform regular maintenance and network updates; during this period you may find the service unavailable.

The London (.com) servers and the Seattle (.us) servers will be updated on Saturday 29th July from 20:00 to Sunday 30th July 01:00 London/BST.
