We rolled out the new mail merge tools today for emails; no more annoy pop ups, no more is the 1000 emails sent yet?!? The new streamlined interface keeps everything in one window, tells you its sending, tells you when its done and even gives you a link to the marketing report when its finished.
We are looking at adding automated batch sending for email shots great than 500; more information coming soon on that.
So what is some of the things coming to Yap in January 2010?

A new feature has been added to YapCRM, automated email reading. CC or forward an email to Yap and the system will match any email address in the email and attach a copy to the client. Its that simple... If you want this feature turned on contact us its free!

To enhance your email marketing we've now updated the system to no longer send from "merge@yapcrm.com" but from your own email account registered with YapCRM for a more professional appearance while still using our own email servers.
The invoices this month will go out on the 7/12/09 as such we`ve extended the payment due date to the end of the month.
