While working with other CRMs we came to the conclusion that they were daughters of the devil! Far from making employees lives easier, they made them harder. In 2007 we started work on a new CRM, using popular social networking sites as a inspiration, we had a simple idea "if a user can use Facebook, they can use YapCRM".

Is our data secure?
Servers - All our CRMs are hosted on Window based RAID servers to help keep you data safe, the servers are based in the UK and are linked to the net via a 100Mbit connection. Connections are via SSL, to keep your data secure.
Data - Each CRM has its own individual MySQL database, Using MySQL not only enables us to greatly reduce your costs but in our opinion it is the best database solution. As MySQL is free, at any time we can send you a raw copy of your MySQL database which you can view using free software. MySQL is used by companies such as Google, Yahoo, NASA and Lloyds TSB.
Software - Our software is designed and deployed in Adobes Coldfusion (CF) application language. It has in built support for AJAX and other gizmos which means we can deploy cutting edge solutions and upgrades in half the time. ColdFusion is in use at 75 of the US Fortune 100 companies.
