Charles designed and developed the CRM and has been developing online solutions since the late 90s.

He has a BA is in International Relations so unlike most geeks he is used to talking to "real" people. As he likes to talk so much, Charles is the go to peep for clients.

Warning, he speaks fast, ask him to slow down and feel sorry for the non native English speaking clients.

Role System Management & Testing

When he is not playing with his Landrovers or his kids, Stephen tests the software for bugs and replicates user errors from the logs, every time you get an error screen he gets an email.

He keeps an eye on the servers to make sure everything is well in the world.

Role Administration/Jnr Developer

Lin keeps HMRC, Companies House, the Accountants, The Vat Man etc. happy. Its is insane the amount of paper work even a lean online business like ours generates.

She also designs and drafts new moduals.

Interesting fact, she is a qualified interpreter. She needs that skill to work with Charles.
