Events / Seminar

The specialist module lets your run an event following the key steps of

Client List Management

Any sales based organization has client lists, frequently they are on white boards or excel sheets hidden away and can frequently cause heated discussions.

Our client list function provides the ability for sales execs to mark records to be added to client lists by management in regular meetings to categories or reject these potential clients.

Its close integration with sales and calendar functions means management can easily see if a sales person is hoarding contacts without doing any work on them.

Media Library

Our media library moves data you wish to share into the cloud, when uploading a file to a contact with a simple click it is added to a shared library which is searchable on its own.

Ideal for briefs, pitch documents, audio files, video files etc.

Forecasting & Activity Tracking

Designed in partnership with a FTSE client this system lets companies track potential future sales via forecasting and also weekly KPI via a very simple weekly form for members of staff to complete.

It also includes several detailed reports so your companies success that can be tracked over the year, on an individual or company level.

Timesheet & Expenses

The module is designed for smaller companies without a HR department or companies who bill clients by the hour.

You can use it either to manage expenses and time worked for the purpose of pay.

It also intergrates with our invoice system to allow billing of clients if you log the hours worked for them.

Perfect for consultants, we use it in house to track work done and billing of clients + expenses logging.
