Why did you starting using YapCRM?
New business established. We were keen to "start as we mean to go on" by creating a functional customer relationship system which was good enough to cope with our initial needs and flexible enough to grow with us as we grow the business.
How has using YapCRM effected your work/business?
It has saved us a lot of time and also saved us from needing additional staff in the short term.
What specific feature do you like?
Really like the new panels feature on the home page, but frankly there are too many attractive features to mention.
Please name three other benefits of using YapCRM?
1. Your ability to design a system with us using our language 2. Very competitive rates 3. Flexibility & speed in making changes.
What feature/s would you like adding or could be improved?
Integration with Google Calendar & Google Mail would be useful.

Have to say, working with YAP has been a pleasure from the start. You are responsive, helpful, fair and very diligent in making sure you give us excellent customer experience.
